Order Processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders over $70. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $70. Available shipping options and any additional charges are displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to eligible domestic street addresses only.

Delivery & Tracking

Delivery times vary by carrier, destination, and shipping method. Carrier delays and service restrictions may affect estimated delivery dates. Tracking information, when available, is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders ship according to your selected delivery schedule. You can review or manage upcoming shipments through your subscription management portal.

Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is delayed, check your tracking information for updates. For damaged shipments or additional assistance, contact our support team with your order number and photos of any damage.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
